Started at the end of the 1800s, 1892 more specifically, Château Changyu Moser XV was the earliest Chinese winery. Lenz Moser, a famous winemaker of Austria has been consulting and advising there from 2005, and has helped to develop the Chateau, which has had an astonishing investment equivalent to 70 million Euros.

Château Changyu Moser XV is situated in the Ningxia province, which boasts a latitude close to those of France’s Bordeaux, California’s Napa Valley and Italy’s Tuscany. These regions all create excellent Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot blends, and Ningxia is now famous for doing the same.

This Cabernet Sauvignon is organically produced without oak. On the nose, it emits vanilla and spice, while being fruit forward. For a good food pairing, try it with red meats or hard cheeses.
