*From the exceptional 2010 Vintage - 98pts, Robert Parker*

At Château Lestrille, Estelle and Jean Louis Roumage make wines that are modern in style and fruit-driven. Because they believe the essance of winemaking lies in the vineyard itself, they use sustainable winegrowing practives. A fresh, aromatic Claret, it shows soft plum and cassis aromas on the nose with a soft, juicy, yet well-structured palate. Perfect with poultry, barbecues or even indian dishes.

The 2010 vintage was one of the finest in recent years for Bordeaux. Wines from this year show exceptional quality and are now drinking excellently, however retain the ability to age. According to Robert Parker, along with '05 and '09, the 2010 vintage is arguably one the “three greatest Bordeaux vintages I have tasted in my career.”. He scored the vintage 98pts.
