Bronze – International Wine & Spirit Competition, 2004
The youngest of the brandies in this typical Bas-Armagnac blend is aged in oak barrels for at least 15 years which is more than two times the minimum legal requirement of 6 years.
It delivers an intense bouquet, steeped with the aromas of freshly baked bread, toast and underlying candied fruit. Fresh, supple and well-rounded on the palate, it reveals a subtle union of vanilla oak and fruit. Good length, with the aromas of dried fruit and toast on the finish.
